This Privacy Policy applies to the Smart Chinese (聪聪华文) mobile application.
1. 信息收集 / Information Collection

3. 第三方 AI 服务 / Third-Party AI Services
中文：聪聪华文的「AI 口语测试」功能会将您的语音和文字数据发送给以下第三方服务进行处理。在使用任何 AI 功能之前，应用会明确说明将发送哪些数据、发送给谁，并请求您的同意。
English: The "AI Oral Test" feature in Smart Chinese sends voice and text data to the following third-party services for processing. Before any AI feature is used, the app clearly explains what data will be sent, identifies who it is sent to, and asks for your permission.
3.1 DeepSeek AI（深度求索）
- 用途 / Purpose：对学生的口语答案进行评分和反馈 / Scoring and providing feedback on students' spoken answers
- 发送的数据 / Data Sent：学生输入或录音转写的答案文本 / Student-typed or transcribed answer text
- 数据保留 / Retention：数据仅用于生成即时响应，不用于模型训练或长期存储 / Data is used only to generate immediate responses and is not used for model training or long-term storage

3.2 Google Gemini
- 用途 / Purpose：根据视频内容自动出题；将上传的音频文件转录为文字 / Automatically generating questions based on video content; transcribing uploaded audio files to text
- 发送的数据 / Data Sent：视频文件和提示词；音频文件 / Video files and prompts; audio files
- 数据保留 / Retention：数据仅用于生成即时响应，不用于模型训练或长期存储 / Data is used only to generate immediate responses and is not used for model training or long-term storage

3.3 Google Cloud Vision

3.4 腾讯云语音识别 / Tencent Cloud Speech Recognition
- 用途 / Purpose：将学生的语音录音实时转为文字（语音转文字）/ Converting students' voice recordings to text in real time (speech-to-text)
- 发送的数据 / Data Sent：口语录音音频片段 / Short audio clips of spoken recordings
- 数据保留 / Retention：音频数据仅用于实时转录，不会被长期保留或用于训练 / Audio data is used only for real-time transcription and is not retained long-term or used for training

3.5 用户同意 / User Consent
中文：AI 功能均为可选。应用会在首次使用任何 AI 功能前，以弹窗形式向用户说明将发送哪些数据以及发送给哪些第三方服务，并明确请求用户同意。用户拒绝同意不会影响应用的其他学习功能。
English: AI features are optional. Before any AI feature is first used, the app displays a dialog that explains what data will be sent and identifies the third-party services it is sent to, and explicitly asks for the user's permission. Declining consent does not affect other learning features of the app.
3.6 其他第三方服务 / Other Third-Party Services
中文：除上述 AI 服务外，聪聪华文不使用任何第三方分析服务、广告服务或追踪工具。

4. 儿童隐私 / Children's Privacy
