End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

DoiTech International ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GoSG ("the App") on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of this EULA and any applicable platform terms (such as the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or Google Play Terms of Service).

2. Scope of License

This license does not allow you to:

• Distribute, sublicense, lease, or rent the App to any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices.

3. Device Permissions

The App requires the following device permissions to function:

• Location — to record where your vehicle is parked. Location data is stored locally on your device only.
• Camera — to capture photos of your parking spot. Photos are stored in app-private storage and are not added to your device's photo gallery.
• Photo Library — to optionally save or retrieve parking photos from your gallery.

You may revoke any permission at any time through your device settings. Revoking a permission will disable the corresponding feature.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of DoiTech International or any third party.
• To upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code.
• To interfere with or circumvent security features of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all code, graphics, and documentation, is the intellectual property of DoiTech International and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of the Licensor.

6. Advertising

The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These advertisements help support the continued development and maintenance of the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements may be shown. AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All parking data (locations, photos, notes) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit your parking data to any server.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOITECH INTERNATIONAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DoiTech International does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOITECH INTERNATIONAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to This EULA

DoiTech International reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
