Remote Desktop Installation using Msn Chat
Actions -> Start an activity -> choose yong54321 -> remote assistance
If msn chat remote assistance fails to work, you can
Setup Remote Desktop on your Router using Free VNC software
1. Please download free VNC 2. Install VNC 3. Open Internet Explorer and type in your router IP address. E.g. 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 4. Go to “port forwarding” or “application” section depending on your router. 5. Add a entry name: VNC and port number 5900 to 5900, TCP and set it destination to your PC IP address. Obtain your PC IP address by select start, run, type cmd and press enter. Type ipconfig and enter.
Some example of router for forwarding setting screen capture. If you do not find your router listed as below, your router will still work if you add the port forwarding entry.
A detail example of a Netgear Port Forwarding Entry: Login in to Netgear router, go to port forwarding and press the "Add Custom Service" button. Add: Service Name: VNC Service Type: TCP Starting Port: 5900 Ending Port: 5900 Computer IP Address: 192.168.1.xxx
The IP address is your PC installed with Mobilepos. E.g. 192.168.1.xxx You can obtain the IP address by start ->run -type cmd -> type ipconfig
That will be done for your router. You may also need to shutdown your window xp sp 2 firewall and zonealarm for vnc to work. 6. Get your internet IP by visiting http://www.showmyip.com 7. Email or chat to us, providing your internet IP address and vnc password.

Get your internet IP by visiting http://www.showmyip.com
Finding your PC Local Address
Obtain your PC IP address by select start, run, type cmd and press enter. Type ipconfig and enter.
To Access your Router
1. Open Internet explorer 2. Type in your router address. E.g. http://192.168.1.1 you can get it at your router manual. 3. Alternatively you can find your router address by typing ipconfig on a DOS command. It is listed as the gateway address. 3. Enter your user name and password. Below are some default password for router.
